St. Vlas is situated right on the beach in the skirts of Stara Planina Mountain range.

The village was founded by Thracians in second AD having the name Larisa. Just in 14th century AD it was renamed to St. Vlas protector of merchants and peasants. Due to its four monasteries it is also known as the monastery.
Just 4 km away from Sunny Beach St. Vals can be described as the perfect location if one wants to have all the extras of the biggest sea resorts while enjoying the calm and serenity of a country side property.
