The Hotel is located in immediate proximity of the gondola lift station and Hotel Grand Arena. The majority of apartments will have views either south towards the Pirin National Park and the ski runs in the Pirin mountains or north towards Bansko old town.

Each apartment and bathroom will be fully furnished. The living-rooms and bedrooms will be carpeted and the bathrooms fully tiled. Windows will be double glazed with PVC frames and irrespective of their size, all the apartments will have a terrace or balcony at the bedroom or living room.
Construction works are scheduled to start in September or October 2006. Allowing enough buffers for unforeseen events, the building should be completed by October or November 2007.
