Location
The Pamporovo Lodge Complex is located in the small village of Hvoyna, cuddled up in  the heart of one of Bulgaria’s most beautiful mountains – the Rhodopy mountain, in a quiet and picturesque side. The mountain offers a great variety of interesting sights and activities, including the unique nature landmarks, charming traditional style villages, hot mineral springs with recreation centers built, great mountain walking and rural tourism opportunities. Except the magnificent view to the majestic ridges, the other great feature of the complex is its closeness to the ski resorts of Pamporovo and Chepelare, which are only 30 minutes away by car and offer very good conditions for all kinds of winter sports. The second biggest city in Bulgaria – Plovdiv- is only 30 miles away, features many architectural landmarks and offers easy access by air with its International Airport. You can enjoy also visiting one of the oldest Christian monasteries in the country – the Bachkovsky Monastery, which is only 8 km away from Hvoyna.


Features
The Complex offers apartments with diverse surface, but all of them with excellent panoramic view to the mountain slops, from 60 sq.m to 126 sq.m., that will be finished to the highest standards. Each apartment features UPVC double glazed windows in natural colors, high quality laminate floors and convector radiators. The kitchen comes with fitted kitchen units in most of the apartments, kitchen implements (refrigerator, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster), cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. The bedrooms and living rooms will be fully furnished with beds , cupboards, sofas, easy chairs, linen and bedding. There will be a TV in each room, with cable TV and Internet connection. The bathrooms will be completed in high quality tiles and faience, with installed toilet monoblock , heating radiator and boiler; bathtub or shower – it’s your choice.
The building’s management include 24/7 security and maintenance all year long and full maintenance of the property ( 10 EUR per sq.m. annually ) which includes annual maintenance of communal areas, cleaning and heating of the complex, maintenance of electrical and water supply systems, payment of electricity bills and taking care of standard repairs. Car rental is also available at e very low price. Regular transport from Sofia or Plovdiv Airport to Pamporovo Lodge and Pamporovo ski resort will be arranged as well.

Payment Plan
Reservation Fee* for 14 calendar days – 1000 EUR;
Signing the preliminary contract – 50% of the apartment price;
On the time of completion – 40%;
Signing the Title Deed – 10%;

*  the reservation fee is non-refundable.
 
The complex’ developers are open to other payment plans, but the first+second payment should not be less than 30%.
