Located in the Southern part of the Pamporovo ski resort, the ”CASSIOPEIA” holiday village provides its residents with formidable view towards the majestic rounded hills of the Rhodope mountains and the impressive Panorama Rocks. Situated at an altitude of 1 320 m above the sea level, the complex lies in the center of a scientifically proved longevity area – result of the favorable air circulation, negative air ionization, high bio-friendly UV area, clean mountain air with low amount of microbes , high oxygen intensity. The nearest ski lift station is Studenets, which is only 2.5 miles (4 km) away from the chalets. The main road that separates Pamporovo and the administrative center of the region - the town of Smolyan - is only 3 km away and grants easy access to the complex. Pamporovo itself is the most southern European ski resort with more than 120 sunny days during the period from– from mid-December to mid-April , but offers an excellent snow cover during the whole ski season ( over 150 days per year!). The resort is 240 km away from Bulgaria’s capital – the city of Sofia , and stands in only 85 km western from the country’s second biggest city – Plovdiv, as both towns dispose with airports and direct bus lines. The winter in the Rhodopes is soft and provides excellent conditions for recreation, sport and  entertainment.


Features
The “CASSIOPEIA” villa complex consists of 13 chalets, each one on two floors with 107 sq.m of total floor area and 250 sq.m own garden. Each house features a vast open-plan living room, stylish fitted kitchen, large bathroom, a cosy fireplace and spacious veranda on the ground level. The second floor is connected to the first one with design staircase. The upper level’s disposition is composed two double bedrooms that share a common terrace and a bathroom. Every property provides its owners with single car parking lot, security and fire-alarm system. Furnishing packs are also available, providing complete furnishing, decoration and everything necessary for using/letting the chalet. As an addition to the personal security systems, the complex will incorporate also 24-hour security guard, reception service and video surveillance. Local recreation facilities like Café-Bar, BBQ Fitness/Gym and Sauna  will be also available, ensuring the sterling repose of the residents.
