Paradise Dune Beach & Sport Resort is situated in the small picturesque town of Sozopol, just opposite the Kavatsite beach – one of the longest beaches in the Southern Black Sea coast. Sozopol is about 30 km Northern from Bourgas – the district’s main city, disposing with an airport, thus making it an easy accessible location for foreigners.  The mild climate, excellent infrastructure and sport facilities provide conditions for great holiday, as well as all-year-round living, business meetings, team building and sport activities. The Complex offers to its guests 4 swimming pools, a medical, beauty and SPA centre with the latest in the recreation procedures. Sport lovers can enjoy the numerous sport facilities, featured in the Resort – the tennis and basketball courts, the football field and mini-golf are at your disposal at any time. For the watersport enthusiast there are water skiing, scuba diving, parachuting, delta gliding, boat sailing, yachting and surfing instructors and equipment. You can leave your children to the care of our qualified animators at the children’s playground and have fun in the game rooms, playing Pool or Table Tennis. The best feature of Paradise Dune Beach & Sport Resort is the private beach, accessible only by property owners and guests of the Resort. The beach is divided in two areas – urban and virgin area. The urban area features lots of recreation and water sport facilities, as well as lots of “chill out” clubs and cafés on the very beach. The virgin area is a place of calmness and relaxation, where you can feel the true Nature’s beauty and harmony.  You can find shelter from the hot sun in the shades of the surrounding greenery and the cool sea breeze fills you with freshness.
The living area consists of 200 apartments – 1 or 2-bedrooms and studios, most of them facing the sea and the rest have a view over the swimming pools. The apartments come fully furnished in high quality materials and furniture, each one of them with installed Internet and cable TV connections, air-conditioner and telephone sets. The bathroom  is accomplished in Italian faience and terracotta tiles, with mounted fixtures, and the kitchens are fully fitted for use with all the necessary electrical appliances installed.

Payment Plan
Future buyers can choose between 2 schemes of payment:

Plan  ? - Standard

Reservation Fee for 2-3 weeks - 1000€ (deductible from the first payment)
When signing the preliminary contract – 20%
At roof stage, but no later than 30.06.2008  - 20%
After completion of plasterworks and installations, not later than 15.09.2008 – 30%
When transferring the property ownership right but not later than 30.12.2008 – 30%
 

Plan B – 5% discount

Reservation Fee for 2-3 weeks - 1000€ (deductible from the first payment)

Prices
All apartment prices include VAT and furniture cost.

There are maintenance and cleaning of the apartment available, with the following prices (VAT not included):
For a studio - 400€/year
For 1-bedroom apartment - 500€/year
For 2-bedroom apartment - 600€/year
