The complex is located in the South-Western part of the Sunny Beach resort, 450 meters away from the shore and 3 kilometers away from Nessebar – a local cultural and historical center.


Complex Features
“Passat” consists of 5 floors of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and studios, varying from 34.94 to 129.78 sq.m on total unfolded built-up area of 5070 sq.m. , as the studios consist of a single room, corridor, bathroom and a balcony. The living rooms are quite vast, while the kitchen and the dining area are smaller. The flooring is made of  ceramics and laminated parquet, bathrooms – completely furnished with facilities made in Bulgaria. Each apartment is phone and intercom wired, with TV antenna and cable for satellite/cable television. Kitchen appliances from catalogues and other furniture and decoration are also available for additional payment.  The specific architecture of the building charms its visitors, revealing attractive inner yard, featuring swimming pool, lawns, open-air bar and a parking lot. The whole complex looks like a small city, with shops, restaurants and a café on the residents’ disposal. The access to “Passat” is limited for the habitants and their guests through a checkpoint, which ensures the safety of the area. The complex’s staff will take care of  local fees, taxes and utilities payments as well as the facilities’ maintenance.
