The apartments’ rooms will be completed with laminate flooring, latex painted walls, 4-chamber PVC window framing and pleasantly furnished, satisfying even the most pretentious taste. In the living room and bedroom you will be able to use telephone and cable TV outlets and individual air-conditioner. The kitchen comes up with complete water supply installation and kitchen cupboards and sinks, without electric appliances. The bathroom and the toilet feature terracotta-tiled floor, faience-tiled walls, suspended ceiling, installed toilet monoblock, wash-basin with mounted mirror above it, a cubicle or a bath-tub. Signing the title deeds – 20% (vat included), paid at the moment of the notary transfer of the property
