Darius is a modern, functional and attractive building in a peaceful and quiet part of Sunny beach. It consists of six floors: ground floor, four typical residential floors and one terrace-like floor, connected by elevator and stairs. The construction is steel-concrete with pillars and discs. The walls will be constructed with aerated concrete bricks. Thermal isolation layers as well as coloured mineral plaster will be placed on the facades .

On the ground floor, there is reception with a waiting-room, SPA center with sauna and massage salon, cafe with a sheltered terrace and a link to the swimming pool and staff rooms. The cafe will be open to the pool in summer and will have 26 sitting places for smokers and non-smokers.

On the other floors there are apartments and studios. The apartments consist of an entrance, a bathroom/WC, a living room with a kitchenette and dining room and one or two bedrooms. The studios offer an entrance, a bathroom/WC, a living room with a kitchenette, a dining place and a place for rest. All apartments and studios are offered with completed bathrooms, kitchens, latex walls, laminated parquet floors and air conditioning.
Darius also offers additional services including full furnishing with various packs ( 4500-7500 Eur ), property management, maintenance and letting.
