Proposed schedule

Upon arriving at the airport you will be greeted by one of our sales executives who will accommodate you at the hotel of choice. Depending on the time of your arrival and your personal desire the tour can start immediately or perhaps on the next day when you will be fully relaxed from the trip when we shall pick you up from the hotel and take you on a tour to visit a number of options. On the third day you will have the option to visit more offers and perhaps revisit a few from the previous day before choosing one and arranging legal and financial details. On the last day of your inspection trip you will have the option to relax, take a walk before bringing you to the airport for your flight.

Cost of the inspection trip

Inspection trips start from 180 EUR per person for a 4 day visit depending on the airline company, flight dates and hotel of choice. You have the option to organize the trip on your own where we shall assist with showing the desired locations, property visits, schedule meetings with real estate developing companies and provide legal advise and consultation.

If a decision to buy certain property is made during the inspection trip the cost of the trip will be partially or fully refunded.
