Casa Chic, an Italian real estate company is going to invest in the construction of a 17-story business center called "Vertigo Building.”
The business center will be located on a plot of 14 000 square meters on Bulgaria Boulevard in downtown Sofia and will combine commercial and office space.
The preliminary planning forecasts a 28-month construction period while the official opening of the Vertigo Building is scheduled for the beginning of 2011.
The total investment in the construction project is estimated at 30 million euro, which are going to be co-financed by the UniCredit Bulbank.
