The Black Sea town of Kavarna municipal press center recently announced that two famous Russian artists have purchased apartments in the vacation village and SPA complex "White Coast" near the town.
"White Coast" is located 5 km away from Kavarna, near the golf course "Trakya Rocks." The Russians are the singer Oleg Gazmanov and the painter Ilya Glazunov. Other well-known people, who have purchased apartments in the area include the rugby player from the United Kingdom National rugby team Mark Cueto and the Deputy Mayor of the Russian city of Smolensk Vladimir Labovski.
The mayor of Kavarna, Tsonko Tsonev, who in recent years became famous for making the town the "rock capital" of Bulgaria and the Balkans, has stated that the Russian invasion of Kavarna was continuing with more and more Russian citizens interested in purchasing real estate in the area due to its beautiful nature.
