Over 14 000 Britons have bought Bulgarian property throughout the last year, the director of Bulgarian Investment Agency, Stoyan Stalev reported.
Despite the increasing supply of vacation property in Bulgaria there is still demand from foreign buyers and wealthier Bulgarians. The continued interest is due to the low, for the EU standards, prices of the Bulgarian property.
That is why the offering prices are still high and are going to rise during the next year, the experts claim.
The most popular resort at the seaside is Sunny Beach, it is also the leading when it comes to increase in property prices. Bansko is the hotspot among the ski resorts, but in the last year Pamporovo became also very attractive for the investors.
Acquainted with the real estate market expect, that in 2007 the boom will be in the sphere of Spa tourism.
