BulgariaReals is a trademark of PropertyFinder Ltd. The company specialises in assisting foreign citizens and entities in selecting the right property according to one’s personal preferences.

It will take anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks from the initial contact (through our website) till the actual signing of the contract with the real estate developer.

Bellow the stages of acquiring any given property of choice.

Step 1
We have developed a friendly search engine enabling you to browse and display entries that fit your criteria. It is a simple 4 step process of selecting the features of your preferred property.

After completing the search you shall be presented with only those entries that fully correspond to the selected features, then within 12 to 24 hours a team of professionals shall address and provide information on any given property either by phone, fax or e-mail.

Step 2
After having selected a specific property you shall be asked for a deposit in the amount of 1000 EUR in order to reserve the right on the property till the actual purchase.

You have the option to visit the property of choice on location in Bulgaria according to whether it is a finished or an off-plan property. Upon request we shall provide full assistance in respect to flight reservations, lodging and organize the trip to the selected property including pick up at Sofia or other airport.

Step 3
A draft of an agreement between both parties (buyer and real estate developer) shall be forwarded via e-mail for review, legal consultation and signing.

After signing the agreement and depending on the type of property (finished/off-plan) you will be asked to make the payment (please deduct the amount of the deposit)  
A notary office shall verify the content of the deed(s) according to the agreement and certify the deal.
